Private graveside services for Grace Volpert, 89, of Lake Placid and formerly of the Syracuse area, who died Wednesday, were Sunday in Beth El Cemetery, Syracuse. She was born in New York City. She was a proprietor of the gift shop at the White Place Inn in Lake Placid. She was a member of the Lake Placid Temple and its sisterhood. She was the widow of Warren Volpert, who died in 1953, Surviving are a daughter, Rose Volpert of Whitestone; a sister, Bert Goldstein of Jeruselum, Israel; three grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
