Isaac Katzowitz , 84, of 125 Didama St., died Wednesday at University Hospital. Mr. Katzowitz was a life resident of Syracuse . He was a barber for more than 70 years, with his first shop on Jackson Street and his second on East Fayette Street. He was a World War II veteran. Mr. Katzowitz was a member of Onondaga Post 131 Jewish War Veterans. He received the Milton Hurwitz Man of the Year Award in 1978. He was a member of Temple Beth El. Surviving are his wife, Jennie; a son, Joel of Marietta, Ga.; and a daughter, Ronni Ann of DeWitt.
