Services were Friday for former Syracuse resident Esther Gordon, 94, who died Thursday in Augusta, Ga. Burial was in Beth El Cemetery. Friends may call beginning this evening at the home of her son, Marvin, 259 Buckingham Ave. Mrs. Gordon retired in 1963 as co-owner of Gordons Silver Star Market. She was a member of Temple Beth El, its Sisterhood, Hadassah, the Mizrachi Women\'s Organization and the Daughters of Israel. Surviving are two sons; Leonard of DeWitt and Marvin of Syracuse; a daughter, Rita Rice of Augusta; 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
