Vilmos Reisner, 80, of 421 E. Genesee Parkway died Tuesday at Crouse Irving Memorial Hospital.
A native of Miskolc, Hungary, Mr. Reisner lived in New York City before moving to Syracuse 21 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, Eva; a son, Peter of Commack; a daughter, Brenda Antzelevitch of New Hartford; a brother, Joseph of Kibbutz Yifat, Israel; and four grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, Rabbi Evan Shore officiating. Burial will be in Beth El Cemetery.
