Mr. Hurwitz died at the Fort Brewerton Hotel, Brewerton, which was a hotel that he owned. He was 62 years old. He was survived by a brother, Kelly Hurwitz, Syracuse and nieces and nephews. Among them is a niece, Mrs. Edward Weinstein, where friends may call.
