Frieda Fox, 82, formerly of 107 Alpine Drive, DeWitt, died Saturday morning at the Jewish Home of Central New York. A life resident of the Syracuse area, Mrs. Fox was a member of Temple Beth El, and a former member of its sisterhood. She was also a former member of the sisterhood of Young Israel-Shaari Torah.
She was the widow of Samuel Fox, who died June 12, 1990. Surviving are two daughters, Rosalie Rubenstein of Syracuse and Arlene Kellogg of Liverpool; a brother, Joseph Glisker of East Syracuse; a sister, Naomi Cohen of Rochester; and four grandsons. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at the Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, Rabbi Daniel Jezer officiating. Burial will be in Beth El Cemetery.
