Marilyn (Coleman) Gonyou
Marilyn Gonyou, 74, of Syracuse, died Sunday, March 12, 2006 at Rosewood Heights. She was the former President of the tenants association at the Clinton Plaza and an advocate for tenants rights. Survived by her sons, William (Valerie) Coleman, Frank Gonyou, and Theodore (Michelle) Martin; sisters, Peshie Stolusky, Regina Levy and Charlotte Klein; brother, Lawrence Coleman; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Services will be conducted on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at 11 a.m. at the Birnbaum Funeral Chapel, 1909 E. Fayette Street. Friends may call on Wednesday from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Chapel.
