Regina Tsiperson, 83, died Tuesday afternoon at her home. Born in Uzbekistan, Regina was an attorney in the former Soviet Union until coming to the U.S. and settling in Syracuse. Survived by her daughter, Anna (Edward Zak) Strutina, and two grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. today at Sisskind Funeral Chapel. Friends may visit with the family immediately prior to the service today, from 10 to 11 a.m., at the funeral chapel, 3175 E. Genesee Street. Burial will be next to her husband Dmitry of blessed memory in Beth El Cemetery.
