Dr. Dorothy Y. Ben passed away on November 15, 2006, at the Jewish Home of Central New York. Dr. Ben was born to Abraham and Minnie Ben on November 29, 1917, in Syracuse, New York. She had two brothers, Charles and Leslie Ben. She received her bachelors and masters degrees and Doctorate of Clinical Psychology from Syracuse University. She died on November 15, 2006, in Syracuse, New York, at the age of 88.
