February 26, 2005 Shirley Adelson, 94, a resident of Syracuse, died Saturday in Crouse Hospital. She is survived by her son, David (Maxine) Adelson; daughters, Esther Adelson and Rosalind Madison; six grandchildren: Steven, Lewis and Robert Adelson and Arthur, William and Michael Madison; two sisters, Evelyn Hochberg and Helen Leiff; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Calling hour will be 9 to 10 a.m. at the funeral chapel, 1909 East Fayette St. Burial in Beth El Cemetery.
