Scott Bryan Dubnoff, 17, died Saturday, December 23, 2006, in a car accident on rainy, slippery roads. Scott was a sweet and loving son, brother and grandson. He was a senior at Jamesville-Dewitt High School, a passionate varsity baseball player, a graduate of the Syracuse Hebrew Day School and an active volunteer in his community. Scott was a member of the National Honor Society and a budding entrepreneur who began an online business at the age of 16. He will be deeply and forever missed by his parents, Ira and Estelle Dubnoff; his brother, Neil; his sister, Haley; his sister and brother-in-law, Tracy (Neil) Seligman; and his grand parents, Max and Gertrude Fishman. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Herman and Shirley Dubnoff. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. sharp Tuesday at Temple Beth El. Shiva will be observed at the family home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Scotts memory to the National Holocaust Museum in Washington, DC, or to a fund to be established to benefit the varsity baseball program at J-D High School.
